RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
A valid RSA NSW certificate is required by all persons must hold if they wish to serve or sell alcohol in any venue or workplace in NSW.
You must renew your training by completing an approved course every 5 years to keep current.
Our RSA course is fully approved by the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR). You must be able to prove your identity with photo ID.
Courses are held in various locations around Western NSW.
PROVIDE RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING SERVICES
All staff working in gaming areas of hotels and registered clubs are required to complete this course.
This course deals with the skills and knowledge requirements for responsible conduct of gambling under NSW legislation.
The RCG course is approved by New South Wales Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR).
You must be able to prove your identity with photo ID.
