What are the times for the course?
9.00-3.30pm
Can I leave early?
There is a chance you may finish early but if you leave before the assessment is finished then you will not get your certificate.
What do I need to bring?
Pen and 100 points of ID to confirm your identity.
How will I get it?
It will be emailed to you.
I need it to work within 7-10 days what can you do?
If we know this is the case before the course, we can attempt to do something but it will not be your interim certificate.
I have completed my RSA can I do my RCG as well?
Yes, but your RCG will then expire on the same day as your RSA. Making one expiry date for bot courses.
Will I get my certificate on the day?
No, as your certificate needs to be processed via the Office of Liquor and Gaming (OLGR) website we are unable to issue your certificate on the day.
How long will it take?
7-10 days
Why do I have to renew?
Due to changes is the laws OLGR has decided that renewing every 5 years is appropriate.

How long does the card last for?
5 years
I have a competency card can I do my renewal through you?
No if you have a blue card as pictured below then renewal MUST happen through the link sent to you from OLGR. If however your card expires then you CANNOT renew through OLGR and you must complete the full course again.
Can I renew my RSA at the same time to make the expiration date later?
No, the only way to renew an RSA when you have the card is via the link sent to you from OLGR.
